03Introductions

Get matched to three clinics.

In your dashboard you'll see three partner clinics hand-matched by our engine — their website, rating, reviews, pictures and surgeon profiles. You can proceed with some, decline others, or request two more matches.

04Consultation

Meet the clinics on Zoom.

Schedule initial consultations with any clinics you've chosen to proceed with. Upload any forms or photos the clinics need. The system coordinates the calendar and keeps every interaction on your dashboard.

05Decision

Decide to go ahead.

Based on your consultations, pick the clinic that feels right. You're under no obligation — if none suit, we'll introduce more. Nothing is charged at this stage.

06Travel decision

Decide on travel arrangements.

Choose your package tier: Basic (flight + hotel + transfers) or Premium (adds a recovery resort and upgraded stay). The Grand Total updates in real-time.

07Finalise

Finalise your package.

Confirm every detail of the medical quote, flights, hotel and transfers. Everything appears as one clean itinerary document.

08Book

Book the full journey.

One deposit locks the whole journey. Funds are held in a segregated client account and released to partners only when each leg confirms. We pay clinic, flights and hotels on your behalf.

09Travel

Travel & settle in.

An in-country coordinator meets you at the airport, walks you through settling in at your hotel, and briefs you on the days ahead. One-tap WhatsApp SOS throughout your stay.

10Procedure

Your procedure.

Surgery day with dedicated in-country support — admission, anaesthesia check-in, recovery room. The coordinator checks in on you post-op and keeps your family updated.

11Recovery

Recovery and return home.

Structured daily healing guide, direct access to the clinic's 24/7 line, and flight home the moment you're medically cleared.

12Aftercare

Aftercare check-ins and calls.

Scheduled Zoom reviews with your clinic at 7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. Upload healing photos before each call. At the end, rate your experience.
