We only shortlist clinics that pass our vetting: accreditation, surgeon credentials, published outcome data and real patient reviews. Clinics that drift below our standard are removed.
Independent review
We track partner ratings independently of the clinics themselves. Patients rate every introduction on satisfaction, response speed, price and communication — publicly visible on every clinic page.
You choose, not us
Refyn introduces you to the clinics in our 160-strong network best suited to your case. You review each on your dashboard, speak to as many as you like, and pick the one you want to work with — no obligation.
Data handling
Your enquiry details and any photos you upload are encrypted and stored in ISO 27001 facilities. Only clinics you accept into your shortlist see them.
No hidden commercials
Refyn is a paid introduction service — the clinic pays us a fixed fee when they unlock your enquiry. You never pay us anything. The medical quote you receive is unmarked up.
Clinic is accountable
Clinics operate under their own medical, consent and refund terms as the healthcare provider. We stay in the loop so you have a route back if a clinic drops the ball.
